Samuel R. Secret (b. 1999, Edmonton, Alberta) is a photographer and documentarian.

He makes photographs of the world as he moves through it. His work is concerned with people, urban life and the quiet weight of ordinary existence — the kind of things that are easy to walk past and hard to forget once you have stopped to look. His practice sits between journalism and art, shaped by the humanist documentary tradition and a deep love of classic cinema. He also turns the camera toward those closest to him, making portraits driven by intimacy rather than distance. He accepts commissions across portrait, editorial and documentary photography.

He lives and works in Amiskwacîwâskahikan, on the traditional lands of Treaty 6 Territory and the homeland of the Métis Nation, on the lands of the Cree, Blackfoot, Nakota Sioux, Dene and Ojibway/Saulteaux/Anishinaabe peoples.
